She holds specialized education in Niramaya, Medical Yoga, and an M.A. in Yoga from Kuluguru Kalidas Sanskrit University. We have different batches in the morning and evening and you can join any of the batch.

Advance level yoga where difficulty level is on bit higher side but you will enjoy doing it. Ideal for weight loss and body toning you can join any batch from morning or evening.
